IWD 2019 is about #balanceforbetter. What does this mean to you as a female photographer?

#balanceforbetter - YES! I hope soon in Australia I'd be treated the way I am in USA and I'd be commissioned for work based on my talent and ability to deliver on brief and then some. I want to see female photographers and directors getting as much work as our male colleagues and to be given the same respect!  PS - also being blond and dressing femininely does not mean I am not amazing at my job! It's 2019 .....just saying !

What does this mean to you as a human?

Being more mindful, more present, contributing to society in real tangible way.
