Agender is a celebration of the great talent, wisdom and experience of female photographers and directors. Our goal is to bolster the careers of female image makers, inspire a new generation, and work towards equal wages and opportunities.

Our mission:

• Celebrate, unite and create pathways female photographers and directors at all stages of their careers

• Encourage an inclusive industry process, highlighting diversity across creative talent and campaign output

• Bring the best female creative and technical talent to projects, creating campaigns that genuinely speak to their audience

• Consult to identify and rectify unconscious biases that are currently preventing gender equality

• While we were formed with a focus on women, we passionately believe that it is our collective diversity that makes our lives richer. We are committed to creating opportunities for and celebrating non-binary talent, as well as representation across nationalities, backgrounds, abilities and experiences
