The Artist - Grace Costa

Canberra born, Grace Costa has spent the past 2 decades building her career as a commercial photographer, artist and photography mentor.  She has built a multi-award-winning portfolio in this time. In 2023 & 2014, secured a finalist position for Grace in the prestigious National Photographic Portrait Prize exhibition at the National Portrait Gallery. In 2020 Grace became a finalist in the Head On Photo Prize, as well as exhibited in the Head On Photo Festival in 2017.

Grace has achieved multiple industry awards and featured in numerous respected Australian publications, and in 2017 presented a TEDxCanberra talk about Connecting to your Creative Truth which showcased her most successful body of work ‘Horse’.  Following on from that, the theme of her talk Grace launched her first ever short film (created by Tenalphas productions) based around her father’s story with horses, The Narrabundah Boy at Palace Electric in Canberra.

Grace enjoys curating, and in 2020 received the Canberra Critics Award for mentoring and curating a group show as part of a year-long ‘Concept to Exhibition’ program she taught at PhotoAccess in Canberra. Grace herself exhibits in both solo and group shows in galleries around Australia.

All orders will be printed in the 2 week window (Mon 5 Feb – Mon 19 Feb 2024) after the close of the campaign (Fri 2 Feb 2024). Shipping will be via standard Australia Post. We will send you an update when your order has shipped.

International: $35 standard shipping
